Okay. it’s hard work..REALLY HARD, early starts, grimacing whilst completing exercises on machines designed by ‘super humans’ who seemingly have no regard for this fifty something year old body whose mind rejected any notion of gym discipline and mental strength for endurance.

Dan takes all that nonsense and self sorcery and throws it to the wind as he coaches me with utter professionalism and unshakeable belief in his proven process.

I now find myself in a new landscape where I bound out of bed before dawn looking forward to whatever challenge this incredible trainer may have in store for me at the gym or when we train at home. I am totally engaged in the process of transformation not only physically but mentally. This has been masterminded by Dan quietly, diligently and in a totally sustainable way. I have had Personal Training with Dan and DNA Personal Trainers for about a year and a half, and have just finished a whole week of training. Dan always mixes it up, makes every session challenging and dare I say it, somehow fun, albeit hard work. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete exercises, not only in the gym but in the Outdoor Bootcamp that they run. This I believe is a great testimony to them, as I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have stuck with it had I not enjoyed it and was confident in their guidance. They are great at pushing you in the right direction for progression, and are very mindful of your own ability. I would highly recommend Dan and Adele to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

I first contacted Dan in October 2014 after being advised I needed quite extensive orthopaedic surgery, however due to having a neurological condition which impaired my mobility I also needed to lose weight before these operations could go ahead.

Dan was very thorough, did extensive research into my condition and gave me a good check‐up. We started training every week and by the end of January 2015, I had reached my goal weight, however, by the time I saw the Consultant and got my surgery at the end of March I had lost even more. After the first operation I took 4 months off, and then Dan started back training with me again, not on weight reduction but overall body tone and helping me get over my surgery. In January this year I got my 2nd big op, and after 3 weeks Dan was back on the case for post op rehab!! By the time I saw the Consultant 3 weeks later he was over the moon with my movement and how well I was doing. I have another big op coming up end of this year, but will continue with Dan as he is a great motivator and a truly nice young chap, who has had to put up with a moaning old woman on numerous occasions.

Having been an MD of 2 sales based Companies; I can only recommend Dan for everything:
