Q. How do I book my 30-minute free consultation?

A. Contact DNA PT with a brief description of your aims and ambitions, and don’t forget your contact details! Dan will call you and arrange the consultation.

Q. How can I pay for training sessions?

A. You can pay by cash, bank transfer or cheque. Gift vouchers are also available!

Q. What if I need to cancel a session?

A. Please call Dan or Adele as soon as you know you have a problem. He would appreciate 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise charges may apply.

Q. How quickly will I lose weight?

A. The million dollar question! This gets asked a lot but the answer very much depends on the individual. Many factors can affect the rate of weight loss; age, starting weight, metabolism, diet, lifestyle, work, workout frequency and attitude! If you stick to the training then 2 to 4 pounds loss per week should be possible.

A. The choice is yours! Dan offers home, gym and outdoor personal training in the Ipswich area. This ensures that the training can be tailored to fit your lifestyle and your needs. Checkout the Options & Prices section for more detail.
