Andrea had the potential to make a good rower, also being 6 foot 4 tall the hall marks for rowing potential were there. After a little persuasion, she started a trial at Ipswich Rowing Club and soon fitted right in and got into a great groove. Improving her technique specifically for a rowing boat. After a several successful trials, she has decided to join the development team to further improve her rowing talent. This was music to my ears. As trainers, we strive to get the best out of whoever wants our help, Andrea not only worked her butt off to lose over 3 stone, which hugely improved her lifestyle and gave this opportunity a chance.
